My resignation as Justice Minister

On Thursday morning last week, I resigned as Justice Minister. As the Minister for the Courts, I have felt duty bound to remain in post because of the current very challenging situation in the Crown Court. But it’s clearly impossible to continue. You can find my letter to the Prime Minister below.
