This month I will be turning 50 and I wanted to mark this by cycling 50 miles for a very special charity - although on my old mountain bike it will feel more like 100 miles!
The Bumblebee Children's Charity - based in Sproughton - is a specialist centre that works together with families to support babies and young children with physical difficulties by offering a free and fun filled sensory programme.
Having celebrated their 1st Birthday with them back in 2016 just after I was first elected, I have witnessed first hand for almost a decade the profound impact that this charity has on children and their families in Suffolk.
